Pin & Deduplicate

Keep what matters. Let go
of the rest, automatically.

A history is only useful if it doesn't turn into noise. Two small mechanisms keep SyncPocket App's list honest: pinning for what you never want to lose, deduplication for what you don't need twice.

Pinned⌘P
IBAN · PL61 1090 1014 0000…pinned — never expires automatically
Pinned⌘P
Brand palettepinned for the whole project
Pinned⌘P
License · MEMO-4F7K-…that key you always dig for

Pinning

Press ⌘P or use the context menu on Mac; swipe right on iPhone. Pinned items stay at the top and are never deleted automatically, which makes them ideal for addresses, IBANs, license keys and brand colors you reuse for months.

Deduplication

Every item carries a SHA-256 hash of its content. Copy the same thing again and SyncPocket App recognizes it — instead of a duplicate card, the existing one simply jumps back to the top of the list.

You choose how long history stays

Ordinary, unprotected history is removed after 30 days by default. Settings offers 60, 90, 120 days or Forever.

Clear protection rules

Automatic cleanup skips anything pinned, added to any Board, or carrying an uncleared reminder. Those items stay until you remove the protection or delete them yourself.

Under the hood

This isn't a gimmick — it's how
the future sync works too.

The same content hash that dedupes locally is designed to become the cross-device identity once iCloud sync ships — one canonical item, no matter which device copied it first.

A pin keeps it close.
A Board gives it a home.
